▪ Courier Services

Orders for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau are shipped via SF Express. For international orders (Europe, Americas, Japan, etc.), please contact us via Instagram @theweicraft after placing your order to confirm the shipping method (FedEx / DHL / etc.), international shipping costs, and related terms.

▪ Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping notification will be sent via email, including the tracking number and a link to trace your package.

▪ Holiday Schedule

Please note that shipping schedules will be extended during national holidays.

▪ Customs & Duties

International shipping fees do not include customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes. If such fees are incurred, the recipient is responsible for payment to local customs or logistics authorities.

▪ 出貨通知：出貨後系統將寄送出貨通知，郵件內含寄件單號與貨運追蹤連結。

▪ 節假日說明：遇國定假日，出貨日將相應延長。

▪ 國際關稅：國際寄送費用不包含關稅、增值稅或其他進口費用。若產生相關稅費，需由收件人向當地海關或物流單位自行支付。
