AN ARCHITECT
AN ARCHITECT is one of WÈI CRAFT’s narrative projects, initiated through the figure of the Architect and marking the brand’s first leather object series shaped by architectural thinking — the PARTI Series.
As a narrative character, AN ARCHITECT embodies structural clarity, restrained formal expression, and a quiet, grounded strength. Its design language centers on order, formal precision, and contemporary aesthetic sensibility, translating architectural logic into tactile leather objects.
The PARTI Series made its official international debut at Dutch Design Week 2025, where it received strong recognition for its architectural precision and contemporary design language.
AN ARCHITECT 是 WÈI CRAFT 的敘事計畫之一，以「建築師」角色為起點，呈現品牌首個融入建築思維的革物系列 — PARTI。
該敘事角色體現清晰的結構邏輯、俐落而節制的形式表達，以及內斂穩定的力量，其創作語彙聚焦於結構秩序、形式純度與當代設計美感 。
PARTI 系列 於 2025 年荷蘭設計週（Dutch Design Week）正式於國際舞台亮相 ，以其建築性的精準語彙與當代設計感獲得高度肯定 。
"One of my favourite discoveries was WÈI CRAFT. This contemporary design atelier from Taiwan works with moulded leather to create incense holders, candle stands, and pen trays, all in one form. The pieces fold and curve like origami, sensual to the touch yet deeply functional. I love this minimalism with emotion. For a home who love to hold, charming and sincere.
There’s something beautifully balanced about seeing Berlin and Taiwan side by side. Berlin proposes systems, adaptable, rational, and long-lasting. Taiwan shows a softer language of design, tactile and intuitive, emotionally refined with a sense of material intuition and Asian aesthetics."
